  1. Please ensure your uniform is washed and clean before attending class. Hygiene is important for the well-being of all our members.

  2. Please remember to wear a rash-guard under your gi as it is a mandatory requirement for all participants during training sessions

  3. We prioritize hygiene and cleanliness in our gym. Please help us maintain a clean and sanitary environment by following our hygiene guidelines.

  4. For hygiene and safety reasons, please refrain from wearing shoes in the gym, on the mat, and in the changing room. This helps keep our training environment clean and prevents dirt and germs from being tracked onto the mat.

  7. Our sparring rule set follows IBJJF guidelines, prioritizing safety and fair play. Additionally, we strictly prohibit flying submissions, jumping guard pulls, and slamming to prevent injuries and maintain a respectful training environment.

  8. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude during instruction to maximize learning and create a supportive atmosphere for everyone in the class.

  9. Respect your training partners at all times in the gym. Treat each other with kindness, consideration, and mutual respect to foster a positive and supportive training environment for everyone.
